At present, China's technical standards are divided into four levels: national standards, ministerial standards, local standards and enterprise standards. Since the technical standard is formulated according to the technical level of a period, it can only reflect the technical level of the period, and has temporary relative stability. Technical standards should be continuously revised according to the speed and requirements of technological development, and China will revise them once in about five years. In order to meet the needs of market economy, various technical standards in our country are moving closer to the standard.
